Holds a BSc in Management Information Systems from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.
Currently, he works as Director General, Business Transformation, leading the Service Design, Service Delivery and Service Quality functions that cover the investor journey from start to finish in the Economic Cities Authority based in King Abdullah Economic City, Saudi Arabia. Before that, he was the e-Government Program Director, leading a transformation program worth SAR 50 million to design and develop government services for investors and residents inside the Economic Cities and ultimately achieve the service vision of the Royal Decree.
Previously, he worked for the multinational FMCG giant – Unilever – in its offices in the United Arab Emirates, Turkey and Saudi Arabia. He joined the company as Management Trainee and climbed the organization ladder to successive promotions. His last post with the company was Regional IT Strategy and Planning Manager for North Africa, Middle East and Turkey (NAMET) looking after the regional IT PMO, IT Risk & Compliance, and IT Destination Architecture.
