Paolo is part of the Adjunct Teaching Faculty at Ashridge-Hult Executive Education in London and Bocconi University in Milan. He has led sessions with clients such as Ferrari, FCA-Fiat, LVMH, Unicredit, Schneider, World Bank, World Economic Forum, 10th Downing Street, British and Italian Chamber of Commerce, PWC, Pictet, IMD, St. Gallen University, Blackrock. Paolo specializes in teaching Global Job Market Megatrends, Ethics & AI, Leadership 4.0 and Personal Development to a disruptive VUCA world. Over the last 30 years, Paolo Gallo has been Chief Human Resources Officer at the World Economic Forum in Geneva, Chief Learning Officer at The World Bank in Washington DC and Director of Human Resources at the European Bank for Reconstruction & Development in London, with prior experiences at the International Finance Corporation in Washington DC and at Citigroup in London, New York and Milan, his home town.
Paolo graduated with top marks in Organizational Behavior from Bocconi University, Milan. He is a Chartered Fellow of the FCIPD, UK and a Certified Leadership Coach from Georgetown University, Washington DC. Paolo has worked in more than 80 countries and writes for Harvard Business Review (Italy and Arabic) and is a regular contributor to the World Economic Forum Agenda Blog, Forbes, IrishTech, Quartz and LINC Magazine Italy on themes related to Future of work, Leadership 4.0, Executive Coaching, Future of work, Ethics-Reputation-Trust, Resilience and well-being.

Originally published in Italian “La Bussola del Successo” reached 5th editions and been also published in Portuguese, Arabic, and Korean; Spanish and French version will be available in late 2019. Paolo has delivered more than 100 keynote speeches, presentations and lectures and two TEDx talks in front of thousands of people worldwide. He lives in Geneva with his wife and daughter.
