Milan-based Paolo Gallo will unveil his highly-rated book “The Compass & The Radar: The Art of building a rewarding career while remaining true to yourself” in Arabic, and will share thoughts on global and regional issues during two sessions.
Gallo is part of the Adjunct Teaching Faculty at Ashridge-Hult Executive Education in London and Bocconi University in Milan.
Over the past 30 years, he has been Chief Human Resources Officer at the World Economic Forum in Geneva, Chief Learning Officer at The World Bank in Washington DC and Director of Human Resources at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in London, with prior experiences at the IFC in Washington DC and at Citigroup in London, New York and Milan.
His book “The Compass…” focuses on coaching, self-improvement, organizational behavior and business ethics. Published by UK’s Bloomsbury in late 2018, the book was nominated for the best business book award and also the best HR books by UK-HR Magazine. Gallo as delivered more than 100 keynote speeches, presentations and lectures and two TEDx talks.
