As SVP Communication & Brand of Kering SA, Louise was the architect of the wholesale brand transformation which created the CAC40 global luxury group Kering*. Driving digital, brand & communication strategy within the global luxury sector she sat on the Executive Committee of a CAC40 company during five years of fundamental business transformation.
She previously spent 15 years in international financial services (BNP Paribas & Societe Generale) at executive committee level, directing digital, communication and CSR strategies within investment, private banking & real estate.
Elected Communications Personality of the Year 2015 by the profession in France, she chairs the Executive Master Communications & Digital Media at Science Po (Paris) teaching on purpose based strategies, shared value & new leadership/reputation models.
INSEAD certified as an Independent Board director, Louise sits on a range of arts, academic and start-up boards as well the board of INSEAD’s Corporate Governance Inititiative.
A self-confessed serial ‘activist’ on gender: she founded 2 women’s networks in the financial sector, created the program Women in Motion at the Cannes Film Festival giving an annual platform to women film makers, and initiated the campaign ‘No More Clichés’ to mobilise the communication profession against gender biased images & headlines.
Born in South Africa, educated in the UK & France, Louise is based out of Paris and works extensively across Europe.
